We are working together to ensure our patients have a safe and healthy experience during their visit!

We are following all of the CDC, State and Federal Guidelines for health care facilities.

For the health and safety of our patients, our clinic and the community:

A mask must be worn at all times during a treatment.

If you are not feeling well before your appointment, please call to reschedule. 

If you have tested positive for COVID -19. Please cancel  your appointment and follow the CDC guidelines for isolation and quaratine and reschedule your appointment.  

We do require a negative test status for you to reschedule your visit.

If you have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive. 

We ask that you cancel your visit, wait five days and test  negative before  you reschedule
